Dallas Pickleball Club is growing fast, and we’re looking for fun, reliable, community-focused people to help us run leagues and keep things organized behind the scenes.

All roles are part-time independent contractor (1099) positions based in the DFW area.

💼 Open Roles

1. League Coordinator (On-Site)

Our league coordinators set the tone for league nights — friendly, organized, and making sure everyone has a great experience.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Love talking to people

• Stay organized and calm even when things get busy

• Like managing flow, keeping things on time, and helping players

• Can bring good energy and represent our community well

Role responsibilities:

• Check in players and welcome new faces

• Keep matches moving and update scores

• Communicate with players and answer basic questions

• Capture photos/videos for social media

• Help create a fun, inclusive atmosphere

Typical Hours:

• Weeknights + occasional weekend events

• 2–4 hours per shift

2. Admin & Ops Support (Remote/Flexible)

Perfect for someone who loves organization, lists, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You might help with:

• Responding to player questions

• Updating schedules, standings, and registration lists

• Light data entry + software management

• Communicating with facilities or sponsors

• Helping streamline systems and processes

3. Graphic Design / Content Help (Remote/Flexible)

Help us bring the brand to life visually.

You might help with:

• Designing social media graphics for leagues & events

• Creating flyers, signage, or email graphics

• Simple merch mockups

• Editing photos or creating short videos/Reels/TikToks

Tools we use: Canva, Adobe, CapCut, iPhone content
